Social Security Disability Lawyer Contingency Fees

The attorney fee is a contingent fee, which means you will not pay a fee unless you win your claim. If you win your claim and it is determined that you are entitled to back pay (past-due benefits), the attorney fee will be calculated as 25% of the back pay (currently limited to a maximum of $6,000). The Social Security Administration will withhold the attorney fee from your past-due benefits and pay your attorney directly. If you win your claim but are not entitled to any past-due benefits, you will not pay an attorney fee.
